Initial issue with set up, but once working it’s great! I had an unfixable "powder lid not closed properly" error symbol at the start and had to exchange the product the next day at Baby Bunting which was annoying, but to the store's credit they replaced the item quite seamlessly. Once replaced, the same issue was experiences, turns out the lid was not closed and locked in place properly from the unboxed product. When through troubleshooting over the phone with the Australian Baby Brezza support, then all of a sudden it worked! Once working, this machine is a lifesaver! I hope it lasts a long time! The initial set up instructions could be made better though.

Short lived

Worked great for the first 4 months. Now at 4.5 months it has malfunctioned several times the past few days and isn't dispensing the formula correctly causing the ratio of formula to water to be off. It has been well maintained and properly cleaned per instructions. So disappointing that for the price we only get such a short time of it working. Would not recommend if this is standard as it poses a huge risk for babies if parents aren't vigilant and catch it malfunctioning soon enough.
