Great product, horrible design flaw

First, I would like to say I love this product. It makes making bottles quick and easy. However, the formula lid has a big flaw. There are these little plastic tabs that have to snap into place in order to get the machine to work. They are very delicate, especially the main one that has to snap in to let the machine start to make the formula. I was EXTREMELY careful, and it snapped off when twisting the lid into place and broke. Luckily, it was still within my warranty period, and they sent me a new one. I was even more careful after breaking the first one, and I still ending up later breaking the second one! It was beyond the warranty period, so they said I had to purchase a new one. Something like this should not be that delicate and break so easy. Especially since the machine will not run if it is broken off. This is an expensive item to break so easily. I would expect better.
