The container doesn’t fit

The formula container doesn't fit in which it came one

We're so sorry to read about this inconvenience. The item is received with the powder container already fitted on the machine. However, if it doesn’t fit afterward, it may be caused by putting it in a dishwasher or sterilizer. All of our machines have a 12-month warranty, so please reach out to our customer care team for help with the replacement.
