Machine leaks water

We got the machine a few days ago and the water tank is leaking. What a waste.

We’re very sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. The Formula Pro Mini is not supposed to leak. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance. All of our machines come with a 12-month warranty, or 18 months if purchased directly from us.

Just opened and the lid is broken

We just opened this machine yesterday to use for our baby and the lid was faulty it wasn't closing properly everytime we tried to turn on the machine it kept saying the lid is open even though it's closed and locked. We also realized the tip where it's supposed to lock it's broken.

Have had this product for 8 days and its already giving me problems trying to feed my 8 day old new born and its telling me lid is not closed when in fact it is this is very incovienient for me would not recomend this product
