Inaccurate measurements

I loved my big formula until it got an E4 error outside of warranty. I had this for travel so I pulled it out. The measuring wheel is always in the wrong position when I go to change the funnel. It is always half open to the dispensing hole. No matter how many times I correct the problem, it continues to occur. This means the measurements are off and the formula is open to contamination. Very disappointed.

We're so sorry to read about your experience. The hole to the funnel should always be closed; if not, it is considered a malfunction, as the hole should only be open while it rotates. We apologize for this issue; this can be the cause of inaccurate dispensing too. All of our machines have a 12-18 month warranty. Broke on first cleaning

I took the Item apart when it told me to clean after only 4 uses. When reassembling, the lid to the powder container broke. The small tab that clicks into the base broke and it no longer registers as closed. I can not use this product again until I order another lid.
