Pros and cons for Formula Pro Mini

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Formula Pro Mini in collaboration with Stellar product testing. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of use for this machine! I had no idea how much I’d enjoy not having to measure water and scoops of formula for each bottle. It was a tad confusing to find the correct formula setting on the website as it is listed as “Formula Pro Advanced (all models)” where you find the settings for the Mini. There is also not a way to ensure that the formula powder to water ratio is correct— you have to accept with blind faith that the setting listed for your formula type is measuring the correct scoop amount. I do not like hand washing— we have enough bottles to last all day and run the dishwasher each night. You do have to wash parts of the mini after every four bottles and other parts monthly. Overall, I do find this machine is more convenient for making bottles at home. I’d rather hand wash parts every 4 bottles than have to measure water, scoop formula, and warm each bottle individually. I will continue to bring a portable warmer for trips as it can fit in my diaper bag and is less bulky for travel. This fits nicely on my kitchen counter though! Baby has reflux and not having to shake her bottles results in less bubbles and less spits ups. Would definitely recommend for that purpose!

No more hangry babies

Say goodbye to screaming babies and stressing while you wait for perfectly measured formula, mixing and letting bottles warm or cool . This mixer allows you to prep a bottle in SECONDS! This is a game changer and will keep parents and baby happy. Instructions and set up are very easy to follow. I love the small size and the fact that it takes up almost no room on the counter. I can also really easily put it away or pack it up for overnight visits to the grandparents. For those with stairs you could also easily bring this with you at night (there's nothing worse than braving the stairs on limited sleep). The mixer did work with nearly all of my bottles except a few very tall skinny ones (but there is an option to purchase a riser listed in the manual). One critique is that the machine does require a lot of cleaning on a daily basis (funnel has to be cleaned twice a day for my 1 month old taking lots of bottles), but it is worth the ability to make bottles almost instantly. Pro tip: you can buy an additional funnel which I will definitely be doing to make cleaning, and life, easier. Overall, a great find! Lifesaver for Moms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time mom, and convenience of the Formula Pro Mini was a lifesaver for me. It is small enough to be carried to my parents house or even to a hotel ! Honestly, I would travel anywhere with the Pro Mini. It isn't heavy and doesn't take up a lot of space. It worked with all of my bottles and the formula that I had and I had, thats a big plus when you are trying out different formulas and bottles for the baby. It saved me SO much time before those feedings, especially at night when I am just too tired to prepare the formula myself. The Pro Mini does it in minutes ! Set up took a couple minutes, and it takes just as much to disassemble and wash the parts. The smaller size of the machine will definitely be loved by new moms, especially those with a small kitchen ! It also aesthetically pleasing and will match any decor.

Complete life saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This formula mixer is such a life saver! No more shaking the bottle for 5 minutes and waiting for the bubbles to settle before feeding, this mixes the formula perfectly and at the perfect temperature too. I love how sleek and compact it is, it fits in perfectly next to my adult formula dispenser (coffee maker). I recently traveled out of town and was easily able to pack it and bring it to my mom’s house. She called me mid-vacation to rave about how much she loved this. The milk comes out immediately, no warm-up waiting time. My only criticisms are that it is a little loud, it startles my baby during her night feeding, and whenever you take out the funnel to clean it, formula powder spills out all over the tray and counter below. It was also a little overwhelming to assemble immediately after unboxing, but if you read and follow the instructions step by step it’s not as daunting. Overall I would absolutely recommend this to any formula feeding parent though, it’s definitely made my life easier! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for allowing me to test the Formula Pro Mini Mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great product that helped me save prep time for making bottles. This slimmer and smaller model saved so much counter space in our kitchen as well. I placed it right next to our Brita Space Saving model. I like that there was an blue backlight on the face of device, this was helpful when bottle prepping over night. The babybrezza formula mixer dispenses the exact formula powder amount and dispensed enough warm water to make a proper bottle quickly. Great for dads and moms who are tired and just needs to make a bottle quickly while the little one is crying . No more measuring water and powder individually. Definitely excited to keep using this product as well.

Game changer

We heard about Baby Brezza but didn’t think it was necessary…and then the Stellar Product Testing Panel sent us the Baby Brezza Formula Pro Mini for our second daughter. This machine is a total game changer. Previously we would make batch bottles at the beginning of the day and then use a warmer to heat them up. Our daughter would be crying as we waited for the bottle to warm but the Baby Brezza makes heated bottles in seconds. There’s no going back now!
The Formula Pro Mini is the perfect size for us since we have limited counter space. It’s smaller than our coffee maker. I wouldn’t necessarily travel with it just because I feel like packing up a baby is already tough enough. But if we were dropping off our daughter at grandma’s for an extended period of time I would definitely bring it.
Another bonus is that it’s really easy to assemble and clean. The directions from Baby Brezza are easy to follow but I recommend that you also watch the instructional video on YouTube. It’s super easy to operate and easy to tell when a certain part needs to be cleaned. The website also makes it very clear what setting you should be using for your formula.
Definitely glad we have the Baby Brezza Formula Pro Mini. My one complaint is that you need to buy a separate base for bottles larger than 10oz.

Just Okay

Honestly, I don’t know that it’s something I would have gotten for myself (or anyone else) otherwise; all of the different iterations of this machine have always felt like another unnecessary product in the long list that gets pushed into new moms and then gets put in a closet after the baby shower and never used.
We’re on baby #2 now, and when we got this to test, we figured that we literally had nothing to lose, so we’re trying it out. After about two weeks with it, here are my positive thoughts:
-The mini size is nice. I like that it’s compact enough to stick next to the sink and the bottle each and it doesn’t feel like another bulky appliance on my countertop.
-Baby seems to really enjoy the warmed bottles.
-Once you get the settings correct, it’s so easy to just set the bottle and go while you do other things. Gone are the middle of the night mismeasured bottles (we’ve all been there… right?)

For something g that’s supposed to make my life easier, it feels like a giant nuisance (even though I do understand the hygiene aspect of it).
-the machine is LOUD. There is no quietly making a bottle with this thing. The whole house wakes up when I make baby a bottle in the middle of the night.
-if you mess up the settings, your child’s formula to water ratio will be off.

Easy to use and saves so much time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your baby gets even 1 bottle of formula a day, this is a must-have! I never knew how much time I was spending by mixing, shaking, and heating bottles..especially during those dreaded 3am feedings!
Before using the formula pro mini, I was skeptical about how much time this would actually save. Cleaning the parts every 4 uses sounded horrific! However, now that I'm using the machine daily, I can't imagine living without it. The heating and dispensing of the formula is INSTANT; no need to wait for the machine to preheat the water. The formula comes out well mixed with no clumps. As for the cleaning, it only takes me about 2 minutes as you only need to clean the funnel every 4 uses, not the entire machine.
With the formula pro mini, my husband and I are now able to instantly make bottles when our baby is hungry. No more pre-mixing and refrigerating. This is seriously such a time saver!
Lastly, I love how sleek the design is and how it hardly takes up any space on our kitchen countertop. I highly recommend this product! It will definitely save you time you didn't even know you were wasting. I'm so so thrilled to have received this from the Stellar Product Testing Panel!
