Not Worth the Hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a momma of twin 2-month old girls & we supplement with formula. I was super excited about this formula pro mini, but it’s sadly disappointing. In my opinion, if you’re supplementing it would be easier to just mix formula as you need or mix what you’ll use per day, store in the fridge, then warm up the bottles as you need. If I was only using formula, I would get a formula pitcher and mix up a day’s worth (so the bubbles have time to go down), refrigerate it, then heat up individual bottles as needed. This would be more efficient and WAY cheaper in my opinion.
To me, it’s not a very convenient machine. There is only one temperature setting, which is said to be “body temperature” but it’s very lukewarm. My girls like their milk warm so I still had to heat the bottles after using the machine. Because of this it did not save me time using this product.
It wouldn’t be too terribly difficult to travel with, I suppose. But I did not attempt to travel with it. It’s also a bit cumbersome to get setup and going. I was a bit intimidated by it at first. You also have to clean some parts after every 4 bottles made, which again diminishes some of the convenience factor.
Overall Pros:

Simple Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I receieved the Formula Pro Mini through Stellar Product Testing Panel and it was perfect timing. As I am feeding my 6 month old I thought I had a good routine for the formula but the convenience factor the Formula Pro Mini provides made it so much easier. The set up was easy to follow and also viewed the Youtube video for clean up/ set up help. The size was perfect for my smaller size counter and even worked well on a hotel tabled when we traveled. The Mini's size made it a less bulky item to carry around during our stay out the house and provided the conveince on the go. Overall I love it and only wish it came with someone to clean it for you.

A compact time saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Formula Pro Mini has saved me time over manually mixing and heating bottles; especially for the late night feedings. It looks nice on the counter and can fit under the cabinet. I love that I can add water with one hand (baby in the other hand!) I don't feel I would bother traveling with it, but we aren't much for traveling with the kids anyway! It would really simplify bottles for caregivers, ready at the touch of a button!
This machine worked with my Avent bottles, and the small (wide) Dr. Brown's bottles. It doesn't work with my larger Dr. Brown's bottles, which is a bummer. I also don't love the wasted formula and mess that come with cleaning the funnel every 4 bottles. Even with these drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this for anyone who plans to formula feed and would prefer a more compact option. I received this Baby Brezza through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Formula Mini Pro Is A Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While it does require some set up, this formula dispenser is a game changer if you are going to bottle feed. I received the Formula MinI Pro as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel and man has it been a great product. We are breastfeeding and supplementing with formula when needed for my newborn and this machine makes making bottles a breeze. It is so easy to use, especially in the middle of the night when you are sleep deprived.
The only negative things I have to say are that it did require some set up, so make sure you read the instructions before you actually need to use it for making a bottle. The other issue that I found is that the formula type we use was not listed in the instruction guide, so we just picked what we thought would be the equivalent.
But again so easy to use once set up and the smaller size is great for counter space. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who will be bottle feeding in some way.

Convenient and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Formula Pro Mini was a no brainer addition to our family. We are combo feeding so having a smaller unit for the occasional formula bottle works great for us. We received this unit as part of Stellar Product Testing Panel and were so happy to get our hands on it! The unit is easy to use and I could see us bringing this with us to travel for extended vacations/road trips. It's not too bulky and the added convenience is nice. I will say the one drawback is how often you have to clean the funnel. It's after every four bottles. No matter the amount or size and since we're combo feeding some of the bottles we make are quite small (top off amounts) so to have to clean it so soon after using sometimes prevents us from using it and just resorting back to the tried and true scoop method. I think it would be more convenient to force a clean after a certain time (12 hours maybe? 24 would be better) AND/OR after a certain number of ounces have been dispensed.
We also would've liked to have purchased the riser! As it didn't fit our tall Avent Natural bottles.

Luxury at a touch of a button but not necessary

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nifty machine that does save you time for measuring and dispensing formula with the touch of a button. Its touted as "smaller and more portable" but ... I still think its pretty large (think a small instant coffee machine). It is incredibly easy to use and clean so it was great especially in the mornings when I'm in a rush to push a button and get bottles made. If you want the convenience of a touch of a button with no measuring this is an absolute dream and a must have luxury item. I knocked off two stars for 1. being larger than expected and 2. while easy to clean, it does require a lot of cleaning and even states parts are needed to be cleaned after each use so it does take extra "time" to prep the machine for the next use.

Convenient but not Mini

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Formula Pro Mini is helpful for late-night feedings and those moments when you’re spread too thin. It’s easy to use, and definitely more of a convenience item than a necessity. I was surprised to see it advertised as “great for travel,” because I can’t imagine traveling with this. I don’t think there is anything “mini” about it, honestly. The size is reasonable, but not something you can (or would want to) pack in a suitcase to take on a trip. There are a lot of parts to clean and dry if you intend to travel with it, and I think it would be more of a hassle than making bottles by hand.
Overall, this machine is convenient and easy to use. It’s great for making your life easier, especially in the newborn stage. It’s definitely a good size to leave out in your counter without having it take up precious kitchen space. And it would probably be great for families of multiples. However, if you are looking for something truly “mini” to cart around to grandma’s house or on a trip, I would probably skip this one.

Assembly and set up is very simple and quick and within minutes you’re up and running. I use 9oz size bottles which fit perfecting under the dispenser, larger bottles may need to stand for the matching to fit underneath. You do have to wash the dispenser every 4 bottles which some may find to be a nuisance, but the machine alerts you when that is necessary making it simple.
The size is around that of a small coffee maker so it doesn’t take up too much counter space. We are going in a vacation via car and this will definitely be packed to bring, not sure it is realistic for air travel.
Overall this has quickly become my favorite baby product. I recommend this machine to everyone I know. I am so thankful to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me the Formula Pro mini to test!
