Arrived Non-functional

My product arrived new, out of the box, and is not working. The "no water" or "low water" light is perpetually lit, even though the tank is full. I have un-plugged, reset, and followed the troubleshooting instructions for this device, all to no avail.

My baby has gas problems. This formula makes is convenient but also mixes the formula without any bubbles! Which is helpful for gassy babies.
