Great But Damaged

Works great and is super convenient but part of the formula measuring wheel had some plastic that was cracked off when I opened it. Waiting to hear back from customer service and assuming they are able to replace the part I have no complaints.

Great Machine But I Question The Quality

Love the machine and how it works but the lid broke for the very first bottle and couldn’t make the bottle for my kid being that If it’s not locked in place the machine won’t work. We were away the first day and it broke which was a real inconvenience
