It's a little quicker than scooping, it's convenient if you're in a hurry or for night feeding to get back to baby before he or she(the only two God given genders) before they get completely stirred up. It's overall review for me is if you have the money to spend get one, if you don't have the money to spend, scooping and shaking a bottle is just as adequate maybe a little slower. It's handy for certain situations.
