Formula isn't mixing accurately. My baby drank watered down formula.

if you were able to make coffee, you're able to do this with almost not having to read any of the directions which I do highly recommend you do so anyways, but this is the greatest thing since sliced bread and I love you whoever made this! thank you for making parenting a little more easier

It keeps saying the top is off. I have tried everything. I otherwise love it but have a newborn and now haven't been able to use it for 2 days.
