Useless product - wont suggest buying

I bought a month ago and it proved useless as the formula came out as not warm enough and also I found formula clots ( possible bacteria / fungi prone ) created in the powder dispenser cannot be washed everytime. Yes, I did wash the funnel as suggested. They refused to refund me, asking me replicate the issue although I had cleaned and packed the stuff . Ridiculous. Overall its a low utility product .Much easier to separately warm water and mix
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
