Cheap lids

Broken lid that says it's not on, saw the fragile plastic hook had broken. Every piece on this requires too much effort to open and reattach (except water reservoir lid) so due to the fact it requires so much it's broken. Warranty won't help because I'm past that point. Need to sell lids separately. If they won't sell parts then just don't get this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was brand new in the box when i got it. The E4 error came on after 3 uses and never went away.
