This machine is defective and the top lock keeps snapping off and breaking. Have had to replace it multiple times.

I don't think my mini heats the water as it serves. It does also need an extra couple shakes once it's in the bottle. Overall it saves my time from prepping bottle.

Why do I have to go on the website to figure out what powder setting to do. This is stupid.
