LOVE this formula mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a long time skeptic of formula mixers, I never saw the issue with mixing up a bottle as needed and honestly scoffed when I saw friends use them. I just had my third baby and I cannot believe I didn't give this a try earlier. This product is a game changer. Seriously.
Pros:
Mix a bottle of any size in seconds
Bottles are the perfect temp - not hot, but not room temp
No clumps
Portable (I haven't traveled with it yet, but it's no bigger than the electric kettle we used to travel with)
Notification to clean the funnel after every 4 bottles (I'd likely stretch this out longer if there wasn't an automatic notification)
Mix a bottle of any size in seconds

Convenient

We have to use soy formula with colic bottles and it never mixed right, so we had to buy a milk frother thing to mix it. Getting the Formula Pro was a blessing because it took a tedious process of making a bottle to an enjoyable one. Being able to just set the bottle under the spout and press start makes life so much easier. Just to be clear though, you really are just paying for convenience. Obviously making bottles is not difficult, but making the bottles quickly and efficiently is soooo nice!
This Mini model was created with the hopes that people would travel with it and I'm going to say that I wouldn't even consider that. It is nice however, that it does not take up a lot of counter space in an already crowded kitchen.

-We had never warmed the formula before, just served it at room temp and my baby was fine. There should be a setting to choose whether the water is warmed or not.

Love the convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am surprised with how much I love the Formula Pro Mini, it has been such a time saver and has made bottle making so convenient. I have only been using it for about a little over a week now, but it has been worth the time saved, especially during those night feedings. Measurements have remained accurate, and I love that I don't have to worry about if it's too hot for my newborn. One of my favorite features is the compact size compared to the regular Formula Pro. I have a smaller kitchen where counter space is precious, and this doesn't take up much space at all. Set up was easy and straightforward. You do have to clean this fairly frequently, which is my only complaint, but at the same time it's not that difficult to do, thought I did have to watch a video from their website on how to do it. I am not solely bottle feeding so I am not too bothered, but can see how it would be a pain for those parent that are solely bottle feeding. I received this formula maker from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Awesome Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using a formula maker such as this, and it is so easy! The set-up video really helped us to make sure we did everything correctly, down to selecting the setting for our specific formula.
The design is compact and worked well with our bottles, we use more short/fat bottles and it had no problems dealing with them. The base flips for taller or shorter bottles.
We are RV travelers and this would easily fit in our compact RV and I can’t wait to take it to help us make feeding our little one as easy as possible.
The set-up and use is very simplistic and easy to use, this was great, but also got us into some trouble. I would have liked the ability to adjust the temperature more, we couldn’t find a temperature of bottle that my little one likes. Meaning the bottle just has to cool a bit before eating, that being said, I believe most little ones would like a warm bottle.
I’ve never tried the larger version of this device, however, using this mini one definitely has me interested.
I wish it came in different color options, the white is attractive, but not quite the aesthetic of my kitchen.
Overall, this is a great device to help streamline the cumbersome process of formula feeding. Highly recommend!

Sanity Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE this thing. We'd used the original Formula Pro when we had our first baby, and we like this one so much better. The digital display and ability to adjust the amount of formula dispensed in 1oz increments is great. It's also much smaller than the Formula Pro Advanced, which is a nice space saver in our small kitchen.
We also supplement with formula, and I think if you're going that route this is perfect. No need to invest in the Advanced version if you're only making a few bottles a day.
I didn't think we would ever use this for travel, but after a week of having it we sent the kids for a sleepover at the grandparent's and this was perfect for that. I could also see it being perfect to take on vacations (assuming you're driving - I wouldn't shlep this on a plane.) It would also be great to keep at the grandparent's or a babysitter's house, or even as a secondary Brezza to keep in the bedroom for late night feedings.
A couple complaints - if you use tall bottles, you'll have to buy a riser for this separately. I didn't like that. It should come with the riser. Also bear in mind because this is a smaller size, you'll need to fill the water tank regularly. It can be hard to see what the water level is since the tank is on the back of the machine and we've been caught a few times with a screaming baby while we waited for the water to heat to make the bottle.
All in all we recommend this! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this formula mixer.

Totally automated but rough setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a dad with a 5 month old, so I like anything that makes life easier for me and my wife. I received the babybrezza formula pro mini through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, it is a good little machine. Eventually, it is easier than hand mixing fresh bottles of formula when half asleep. Using the formula pro mini is eventually convenient-ish. I used it with 3 different types of bottles and it took a bit but eventually worked well with our formula. However, setting it up was a nightmare. For new parents I absolutely suggest setting this thing up before the baby and testing it out to make sure you got it. I cannot imagine trying to set this up with a newborn in the house. Good thing is that after it is eventually set up, it is actually very easy to operate. Literally, put a bottle there, hit the Start, put nipple on bottle, and feed baby. But then, there's the cleaning which is a whole other chore.
So, pros and cons.
Pros:
+ It looks nice on the counter and is really good for small spaces.
+ Setting it up is insane and you really should read all the instructions or at the very least have them handy to follow step by step.
+ The temperature of the formula when it's been made is absolutely perfect. There is zero chance of scalding. However, use it right away unless your baby doesn't mind chilled formula.
+ You can set up the formula in advance with the water and just hit the button to make it. Once you have the setting you need and the machine is stocked with formula and water, you can make bottle after bottle as long as you refill the water and formula.
+ It looks nice on the counter and is really good for small spaces.

- There's a reason there is not a 1oz option. I would use it to test the formula setting to waste the least amount of formula. So after wasting a lot, I figured out I could use the 2 oz size.
-/+ The drip tray is wonderfully useless. Thankfully, it's not necessary.
- The ounces aren't exactly the same across different bottle brands, there is some trial and error involved to get the right ounces.

Final takeaway: Set up sucks and is not at all intuitive but once it's ready to go it will make your life a little bit easier.

Formula bottles made easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re a busy parent, especially one using formula for your baby this product is for you. I love how convenient and easy the Formula Pro Mini is to use. The product essentially comes all put together with the exception of a small bottle tray that you simply slide in. I do not own the Formula Pro Advance, however, I love how small this product is and how it takes up minimal space on the counter top. We use the Phillips Avent bottles and they worked great with the formula pro mini! Machine was incredibly easy to set up with water and formula, only downside here is that it’s recommended to clean the formula dispenser after every 4 uses. If you’re feeding a newborn that’s a lot of cleaning and a lot to remember. Not a huge inconvenience but worth noting. The formula pro mini is also recommended for travel because of its smaller size. Personally I wouldn’t bring this to travel and if I did I only see it being packed on trips where you’re driving. I don’t think the machine is small enough for traveling purposes which is why I gave it 4 stars. Big thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this formula mixer!

A Must Have Formula Making Machine

This is an absolute gem for any parent, and has enabled us to quickly prep formula better than any machine we've tried in the past.
I knocked off one star because the unit is advertised as being portable/travel sized, but it's essentially the size of a mid-sized coffee maker. This thing is not traveling anywhere without a great deal of effort. The setup took a bit longer than I expected as well.
That being said, it does what it's supposed to do, and absolutely excels at it! The Baby Brezza Formula Pro Mini makes the perfect formula bottle every time, is highly customizable, and has absolutely become our goal to formula-maker in a pinch. It's quick, and more importantly, it's consistently good. Other makers we have had have had issue with reaching the right temperature, or taking too long -- the Formula Pro Mini is both quick, and gets to the right temperature every time.
