The unit is ok - unfortunately it does not get cold enough and the middle strap is a difficult to put on - the vibrations and heat functions are great

Not too bad. I haven’t used it as much as I thought I would. The heat is too hot at times the cold is more just cool fans. Maybe next version will be better

I love it. I have a problem with jumper's knee, and I really appreciate how the device helps me with its hot/cold/wave mixed therapy. I also like the straps; there's no pain when attaching them. It feels like a top-quality product in general.

Inadequate or Defective Battery Pack

I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase, except for the removable battery pack. This battery pack appears defective and seems to only last 15 minutes. It can’t even complete a full cycle on full charge at times. What is worse is that I am unable to purchase an additional battery pack to supplement this.

I would give it 5 stars if the battery life could be extended. It is good for doing alternating therapy on each knee and then needs a recharge. Remarkable hot/cold therapy!!!

It's incredibly user-friendly with straightforward controls and a comfortable fit.
However, the battery only lasts two uses.
