Battery Issues

The actual device is great, but customer support refuses to replace my battery without sending the whole thing back. I'm able to borrow my training partners battery, but if you don't have that option I would avoid this device.

Not designed for smaller people.

While I really wanted to like this device, it just doesn’t work for my knees. It’s way too big, and the plates where the heat/cool are placed is about 3” too far away from where my knee needs it. I like the feel of the contrast Therapy and vibrations but it is not made for an “average” knee (I’m 5’5” w/ athletic build). Even the straps were too big. This is designed for a much larger person.
Also I’m trying to return it and their online portal isn’t working and they have not yet emailed me back (48hrs waiting so far).

It's great. Much more reliable

It's great. Much more reliable and effective than the hyperice brand. I love the added option for percussive therapy. The design, fit and ease of use are awesome. No app needed to use the brace. I highly recommend if you're an active person and you want to maximize your recovery.

Battery Problems

It worked great for two weeks, but then the battery stopped taking a charge so could no longer use after that. (Hopeful they can provide a replacement battery under warranty.)
When it did work, it did a great job soothing my aching injured knee. Having the vibration only option is nice.
Only real complaints are that you can’t control it through the Therabody app, and that the battery charge is only good for two contrast cycles before needing to be charged again. I felt like with daily use, I was constantly charging it.

I hate the mess of ice and a heating pad but that is way more effective than this product. I would not buy again

The heat/cold/and vibration is applied to the muscles above and below the knee, but it is not useful for arthritis of the actual knee joint. I have tried to return the device which was ordered on 1-26 and shipped on 1-30. The 30 day return policy is about to expire but I keep getting the attached message.
