The product works. Temperature range

The product works. Temperature range is impressive. I used digital thermometer on it. Goes from 34° to 117°. Fits comfortably. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the battery. I can’t get 3 full sessions out of it without having to recharge. If only they would sell you an extra battery it would be perfect. I’ve asked them multiple times and they refuse to offer an extra battery. Not sure why. Having to wait 1 1/2 hours to use again post surgery is no better than rotating ice with traditional pack.

Battery Life gets worse the more you use. Although great device when you do use it. Terrible trade off.

The RecoveryThem is amazing. But the battery falls out when sitting with knee up, plus battery life is very short. Wish they sold a back up battery. Knee does feel really good after using it.

Came damaged and battery died in 15 minute I fully charged it three different times each time lasted less than 15 minutes. This is not cool.

To be avoided

Unfortunately, I have say it was terrible. It was hard to operate. Meaning it was difficult to turn on and have it kneel running. In addition, it did not get very cold, more like a cool ocean breeze. I wanted to see if my unit was defective and get another unit, but was not offered the option. Only Therabody product I cannot recommend. Sorry b

This device is amazzzzzzing! Love the cold/heat/massaging effects! Helps reduce the pain and inflammation in my knee. Quick charge to the battery each time and I’m back in business!
