I received this over two weeks ago, and the headphone compartments zipper barely worked from the get go, and it is eating away the material underneath it and I have a hard time zipping and unzipping it. Super frustrating! :(

Terrible “SmartScan” feature ruins the whole bag

This bag is not worth the money and it’s kind of a nightmare. It literally gave me a nightmare, because I’m so afraid of opening it in public to get my water bottle out or something and the zipper just keeps going on the “ScanSmart” feature and everything is spills out. It’s already happened twice in my house and it makes the bag worthless to me. Especially cause this is meant to carry expensive devices, as soon as you go to open it, if it has any kind of weight in the front the zipper falls all the way down and all of your things will tumble out. It’s not worth it to me and I can’t imagine how this wouldn’t drive anyone else that uses this bag insane as well. I wish I could return it and get a refund to get a bag without the “SmartScan” feature but I already removed all the tags since I didn’t think I would hate the bag this much.
