This bag is ALMOST everything it claims to be. But there's a couple glaring issues.
First, the chest-strap that goes across the chest to keep the shoulder straps from digging into one's shoulders--came completely off one side on the very first attempt to use it. This wouldn't be a big deal if this strap could be refitted manually. But it is merely clipped on--and there is no way to remount it.
Second, the USB port is...minimally functional. I can plug my phone directly into my battery bank and have it charged to full in just under and hour. If I use the same cord and battery bank, but plug the USB port into the bank, and the phone charging cord into the USB outlet on the bag--it takes over 2 hours. So there is a flaw in this equipment that prevents fast-charging. Additionally, the cord to the USB outlet does not appear to be detachable in any way. This could render this functionality inoperative and irreplaceable if the cord is ever damaged. It would have been far better to create a socketed USB bracket that could take any of a variety of standard USB-A style plug heads and hold them securely in place.
On a minor note, it would have been nice to have the front pocket interior pockets segmented into 2 or 3 compartments--rather than 1 large elastic pouch running the width of the pocket.

I bought this for a trip to europe. Within 2 days of first use, the wire reinforce handle broke off the top of the bag ans the loose wire scratches my wrist sharply when carrying by the handle.

Great professional looking backpack for travel

Took my first two week international work trip with this backpack. Carried all my gear, laptop and other items to the brim. No stitching issues but you could see that the stitching was pushed to the brim. A few loose threads on the shoulder straps but otherwise very nice. If you carry a lot of weight though and have to walk long distances especially in airports expect your shoulders to be soar though. There is no waist belt to help transfer some of the weight which is my biggest issue with the backpack

I have been sold on swiss gear packs since my first one 8 and 1/2 years ago, when i gave up my car for a
bicycle. My new pack has several improvements, most noteably stronger zippers and the zippers open all the way down the side for better access and packing. It is also more weather resistant. I chose a bigger pack than my previous, for getting more groceries into it, and it is definately less cramped. See the volume in liter size to compare packs. All the pockets are very useful.

Great Gaming Laptop Backpack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying the backpack is awesome. I can fit and organize so much stuff in this backpack. I have my laptop, tablet, phone and hand held gaming console in there with no problems what so ever. The fact that I can put a powerbank inside that can hookup to an external usb port for charging anything on the go is so awesome. This backpack is very comfortable and lightweight. It has enough padding in it that I know my stuff is going to be well protected. The fact that I can open any compartment 180° is a very convenient feature. It has an insulated pouch for a drinking bottle and I put a cold water bottle in there and it stayed cold for hours! I love that. This is the best gaming laptop backpack on the market!

This backpack is absolutely awful. Two of the compartments unzip all the way down to the bottom of the backpack and the zippers are not secure enough at all. Any kind of pressure and the zippers slide down. We just took a trip with it, and our very expensive iPad and computer fell out and are damaged. Major regrets and now I have to replace it.

He is utilizing it for his gaming laptop, notebooks, battery pack, and so much more. He loves there durability, the numerous pockets, the quality of the bag, and the fact it has a charging cord inside. He is like a kid in a tech store. He can't stop talking about it or finding more stuff to put in it. He said he will be taking it with him everywhere, he has designated it as his everyday bag. I love that he has found a bag that can fit all his tech and that he can utilize on a day to day basis with ensuring he has all that he needs when he is out and about.

It also has a very convenient usb charging place as well as a nice pocket to your secure headphones. It's padded in main storage area, and has great airflow so your back wont sweat while wearing it!
