Amazing Monitor!

I’m so grateful I found this monitor and decided to purchase it. The screen is beautifully designed and very well made, with fast, reliable updates. It charges quickly, the battery holds well, and the camera quality is excellent—I can see my daughter clearly at all times. The sound quality is also great.
One of my favorite features is the phone notification capability, which is incredibly helpful when I don’t have the physical monitor with me. I can check in on my daughter from my phone no matter where I am, giving me real peace of mind. Setup was extremely easy, and overall, this has been a fantastic purchase. I would absolutely buy it again.

If you are a data-driven parent (or just a naturally anxious one), the Nanit Pro is worth every single penny. After using it for several months, I can confidently say it’s more than just a camera; it’s a full-scale sleep lab for your nursery!

Functions don’t work well

They require a subscription to be able to use many features on the app. Even though you pay outrageous amounts for the camera.
The temp and humidity sensors are awful. The thermometer is usually about 4 degrees off.
The motion sensing area doesn’t work at all. I set The area just for the crib and it picks up every type of motion in the room.
The camera is clear.

We were using the Owlet but it was constantly disconnecting from the WiFi or the camera just stopped working out of nowhere. I was so fed up with the irregularity I wanted eyes on my baby and if tech doesn’t work to begin with why have it. So I told my husband we’re getting the Nanit with the separate monitor and we got it. Honestly, this is truly the bare minimum for watching, hearing, soothing our baby and it allows us to capture every moment even in the history of videos. It’s perfect! Doesn’t ever disconnect, quality is perfection, we don’t use the breathing band because that would stress me out but the separate monitor is so great it. It can stay plugged in and it can be disconnected and move around the house with you whenever you want. It is pricy, so search for a discount code, they do force you to select a subscription plan that’s free after a few months but you can cancel whenever just don’t forget. For us we just use the camera and monitor but for us it works!!

We LOVE our nanit!!! It’s incredibly user friendly, the picture is crystal clear, and the nightlight is an especially useful feature. I appreciate getting to review how the night went, using the insights feature. Highly recommend!

Clunky and greedy

I am so sick of companies that require you to set up an account just to use their product. Had to do it with a freaking coffee maker the other day, and today I had to do it with this simple camera-monitor relay set.
Not only that, but I had to provide my credit card information and HAD to buy a subscription that I "can cancel anytime" just to activate the camera. The camera won't show up on your monitor or app unless you create an account and provide credit card info.
Stop greedily mining me for personal data and just be glad I bought your product!
