I like that I can view my baby from my phone and from the tablet screen. It has a good night vision. I can even tell if my baby's eyes are open or closed if I look carefully. It easily captures the whole crib in view which gives me peace of mind as my child grows.

So much lag

The camera quality is terrible and it constantly lags, extremely frustrating. Mind you we have a the top internet plan and a high end WiFi router. Never had issues with lag on my network (I'm a gamer).
Tried all the trouble shooting and still lags.

Sucks cause I bought this to lessen my anxiety and be able to have eyes on our baby but it does the opposite.
One thing I noticed is that using Nanit through the web browser works better than the app.
My suggestion is to just get a cheaper camera.

Having the Nanit camera has allowed for my son to sleep better with the tips given from Nanit, we also love that we can have our app on night mode.
Safety is critical for our family and knowing the Nanit allows for our comfort and safety in the home is a huge positive impact for our family!!

We have loved our Nanit! It gives me such peace of mind throughout the night and I love that I can rewind to see if something caused sudden crying, etc. . The milestone memories are sweet too.

Absolutely love this camera. Bought it because it has a free app that allows you to use your phone or a tablet as a baby monitor and the camera works amazingly in both the light and the dark

When it works it’s great when it doesn’t work it’s wrecking havoc. It’s techy which we love but it’s equally and finicky. For example, WiFi connection will be strong, camera won’t connect, you go through all the trouble shooting steps, twenty minutes later it connects! Except now the volume on the sound machine feature is mysteriously turned now all the way up?? It’s so loud! Baby is awake. Tragic

Love how easy it is to transition to the small stand for travel. I do wish it came the the separate monitor screen though instead of it being a separate purchase.
