The best addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was fortunate enough to receive the new Nanit Smart Baby Monitor System through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We actually bought our first Nanit the camera and floor stand for our first little one four years ago, and it was such a game-changer that we’ve used it every single day since. Even now, that older model is still in our toddler’s room, providing us with daily peace of mind, plus we recently added With this new model, we are honestly blown away by what a difference the dedicated screen makes. It is such a plus not to have to rely on our phones for everything; I love being able to do housework while having the screen right there to keep me at ease. Another huge plus is the wall mount. We’ve had the floor stand for years, but after four years of daily wear and moving it around, a part finally got a bit flimsy, and we had to fix it. Switching to the wall mount was definitely the way to go. It’s easy to install, feels incredibly secure, and keeps the cords completely out of reach as the baby grows. It’s a much cleaner, more permanent solution that I wish we had done from the start
I you’re a parent wondering if this is the right move for you, it absolutely is. What I love most is that this isn't just a baby item you'll use for six months and toss. Our first Nanit has survived the transition from the newborn stage to the toddler years, and I’m confident this new model will be just as durable. Whether you’re tracking sleep cycles or just need to know your toddler is actually staying in bed, it stays useful for years. If you want a monitor that grows with your family and truly lasts, this should be at the top of your list. I’m so glad it was at the top of mine, and now with our new addition, we get to keep being able to use the Nanit.

A peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nanit Smart Baby Monitor System has given me much needed peace of mind especially at night. As a mom of a 5-week-old, I was constantly checking on my baby. Now, I can easily view him live through the Nanit monitor or my phone which is so convenient to stay connected.
My favorite features are the sleep tracking and breathing monitoring with the wireless breathing band. The band is easy to use, comfortable for my baby, and provides extra reassurance. I also love the app, which is simple and easy to navigate.
Pros: Easy-to-use monitor and app, clear video and night vision, sleep and activity tracking (feeding, diaper changes, breathing), built-in sleep sounds, wireless breathing band, movement and crying alerts, compact design, and adjustable camera height.
Cons: Initial setup of the camera stand was challenging, breathing monitoring can be interrupted by movement, and the night light could be brighter.

Great Baby Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nanit Smart Baby Monitor System has been a game changer for my first week as a new mom! Being able to keep an eye on your baby when she's sleeping has really helped my anxiety. I love being able to access the video feed from both my phone and from the home display. And I love being able to speak to her and soothe her through the two way audio.
The home display is going to be particularly helpful as she gets a bit older and we have other's taking care of her who don't have access via the app and it's really nice to just have set up at home and not have to be constantly looking at your phone. The app access is great to have on hand at all time and is going to give me peace of mind when someone else is taking care of her and I can just take a look to see how she's doing.
So far, the breathing monitoring has been one of my favorite features! As a new mom, I'm constantly worried that she's still breathing when she's sleeping and it can be hard to tell from just looking alone. The added confidence from the app tracking the breathing is huge!
The only real downside of this product is that the set up is a bit of a hassle. The monitor is only compatible with Nanit stands, which makes it hard to switch between different setups. I received the wall mount, but only after realized that it wasn't going to be helpful for the first few months since my baby was not going to be in the nursery and instead in a bassinet. I then got the flex stand so I can use it for travel and around the house, particularly with the bassinet which is in my bedroom, but not all the features are available when using it. Additionally, you can't access the app until you sign up for an account and start your free trial, but that makes it hard to setup and test before baby is here. You either need to wait until baby is here to start your membership or you need to waste some of your free trial/paid membership to setup early before you can use it. Definitely a bit annoying to not be able to get familiar with everything beforehand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot stress how amazing the timing on this product was…! Just when I was beginning to lose my sanity during the new blues of solo nap time and feeling like I couldn’t be more than a few feet away… this product from Stellar Product Testing panel shows up at my doorstep!
The product was super easy for me to install but not so easy for the destructo bot boy to dismantle (win win!!). I am loving the real time notifications as well… a lot of systems have a lag and this one does not! Makes me feel like I can respond appropriately as opposed to needed to go straight to the room. To my next fave feature is the two way audio… being able to talk to the little not only back and forth but in real time has been AMAZING!! Mom is able to go to the other side of the house now!!
For me, I still heat the phantom cries when I’m in the shower, I was checking his breathing periodically during nap time, sneak up the stairs to catch a peek.. this system has helped me TREMENDOUSLY in knowing I don’t have to be right there as what I am seeing is what it is at that moment. The breathing technology, the extra features, the sleek design, it has all helped me to want this system in my home and has made it easier for me to trust it to help me in my parenting.
Do I recommend this system?? EMPHATICALLY YES!

An Incredible Innovation with Smooth Service

The Nanit system is awesome; I have had a smooth stream of service ever since I turned the Nanit camera and Nanit portable monitor on. It was so easy to set up, and ever since then I have been able to rest easy knowing that if my baby makes even the smallest movement or noise, I will be alerted. The stand is a very convenient shape and fits perfectly behind baby's crib. It is easily maneuverable. The monitor and handheld system allow me to know how he is doing every moment that he is away, resting in his bed, by just looking over at the portable monitor. It has given me some peace and calm moments, not having to worry at all about how he is doing. My favorite features are the two-way audio and the nightlight capabilities, because they have been so useful for sleep training my little one. I can talk to him and let him know when mama is on the way by saying "Good morning, Baby!" He just lights up and goes from worry to instant happiness. Same with the nightlight; when it is on, he knows that it is time to wake up and that he can stand in his crib and wait for me to pop in patiently. No more fussing or sadness. I am so much more confident with sleep training and setting up nap schedules this time around, and it is because of this fantastic technology that helps us both to rest easy.

Peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had another baby monitor and camera for years, but the Nanit replaced it instantly! This is the best packaged deal in my opinion that it comes with a camera, wall stand, breathing band and monitor. I don’t like to connect a baby monitor to WiFi for safety reasons and the nanit with the monitor gives me a piece of mind. The monitor is the perfect size and big enough that I can see my baby clearly which is important for me. I would recommend 10/10. I recorded this product as part of the stellar product testing panel.

Confidence with Nanit

I received this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and let me just say it has helped me feel much more connected to my daughter when I'm in another room. Since she has had a heart repair, I naturally worry more, and the breathing motion monitoring has given me so much peace of mind and significantly reduced my anxiety.
I love that the Nanit grows with your child and unlocks features as they get older. Being able to track feedings, diaper changes, and naps all in one place makes daily life so much easier (and easier for pediatric appointments). I love that Nanit also offers breathing swaddles, sleep sacks, and pajamas that work the same way as the breathing band, (the breathing monitoring is invaluable), especially since my anxiety was much worse this time around.
I also use the real-time notifications, sleep dashboard, and two-way audio regularly. These features help me keep an eye on her, understand her sleep patterns, and respond quickly when needed. Setup was simple, and I love how easy it is to move the monitor between rooms. Incredible Quality Baby Monitor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nanit smart baby monitor system has been one of the best baby monitors I have used. I love the app and that no matter where I am in the house or even when a sitter is babysitting, I can check on my baby. I also love that at home and at night I can use the at home display, especially convenient for sitters who don’t have the app on their phone. The screen is huge, clear, and holds a charge well. Both the app and the home display video have been great quality and easy to set up. The app is really cool- it alerts you for motion/cries/sounds. You can track wake windows, feedings, diaper changes. The wireless breathing band has also provided such peace of mind keeping track of breathing movements without the hassle of a sensor that can fall off.
It is also really cool that you can share video clips with your family and friends. It tracks your babies growth and milestones along the way. My only issues is that it does require a subscription and credit card, even just to activate the initial trail period. I don’t like having subscriptions but you can use the base model app without the additional features for free.
If you are looking for a new baby monitor, this is the one I would recommend. The quality is incredible.
