The temperature sensor was temperamental and there were times when the buffering took so long to see my child. When dealing with a newborn, that can be a crucial window. When it was working, I liked it and felt like the feed was clear.
I love many aspects of our Nanit. The insights, breathing band monitoring and video quality. However, I often find the app glitches or closes completely and I wish the split screen option was more reliable but it often freezes.

Image quality could be better given the current state of available technology. The app is straightforward once you’re familiar with it. My biggest complaint is overall user experience. For a product marketed and sold at a premium price, I feel like I’m trying to be sold something at every turn.
Would I recommend to other parents - yes. Would I purchase again - yes, and I have for my second child.
