No insights with portable

As a Newborn Care Specialist I recommend the Nanit to all my clients! I recently purchased one for myself to use with clients who don't currently have a Nanit so I can show them the benefits of having one. I upgraded my plan so that I can have all the data to show parents how much Nanit can help and so I can monitor baby's progress as I guide them to sleep through the night. I was very disappointed to learn that no data is available when using the camera on the travel stand. Why is this and what is the point of having this camera system that can provide so much information but only when you're at home. Many of my clients travel during the first year, some when babies are only 3-4 months old. Keeping baby on the schedule during travel is still very important to them and not being able to have the insights of how baby is sleeping is not very helpful. I have had at least 40 clients purchase this camera system based on my recommendation. I will now be reconsidering my recommendation for this product.
