I swear it knows when i put the baby down to sleep because the camera works fine all day and then at night time it wants to say its not connected to the internet. And theres only 3 devices on the network not including the camera. Very frustrating.

Terrible support and breathing band doesn’t work

The camera will not detect the breathing band no matter what I do. Troubleshooting involves a completely useless AI thing that gives you responses that don’t even correctly relate to the products. Then when you select the option to email a human they have the audacity to auto-respond with what is either more bad AI or a canned response that has nothing to do with my query.
I guess the monitor is fine (but insanely overpriced) if you don’t want to use the breathing functions that it advertises.

Not worth it

The nanit has not lived up to my expectations. I’ll get a notification that my baby “cried” but it won’t log it into the activity log. Notifications and activity are never synced. It hardly makes sense. It never records videos if she wakes up either. This monitor feels no different than any monitor and I even pay the premium. I’m super unhappy
