I have emailed support twice because my nanit insight continues to malfunction. There are days it doesn't display a sleep score or will not tell me how long my baby has been asleep. I have tried all the troubleshooting options and it still doesn't get fixed. It is frustrating. If I pickup my daughter at night because she started crying for 2 minutes, it will now give her a new bedtime. I am paying for a product that doesn't work.

We love the Nanit! So easy to use across devices and the analytics make it easy to know how much baby has slept, moved, etc. wouldn’t use any other monitor!

I really love all the features and options that come with this camera. I wish it wasn’t a subscription based service to upgrade to the rest of the options. It has great clarity and I love camera and it basically times how long the baby is in the crib. The cry monitoring is good. Sometimes my notifications come minutes after it has happened though. If they would be more instant that would be helpful. Overall great product. I have yet to use the belly band for breath monitoring but when my baby transitions from his bassinet to crib full time, I’ll use that option as well.

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love this camera. I even purchased a second one for my daughter’s room(that she barely sleeps in) / travel. The video quality is fantastic and there is almost zero lag time. It is amazing. I will say that the data tracking is not perfect for babies who are picked up and nursed in the middle of the night. Frequently Nanit will tell me my child slept 5 hours and woke up at 3:30 am even when the activity tracker marks the return to her crib after the nursing session. I think once they work out some kinks in activity tracking I will be able to confidently say that this is the best baby camera/ monitor on the market. 9. 25/10 stars. All the important stuff is absolutely solid.

I would appreciate having a free use version of the product. I paid a big amount for the device and the stand hoping to begin right away when the baby was born. However, you left me with no option but to put in my credit card details for a try and buy subscription in order to even access the basic version. I know that in 90% cases customers forget to unsubscribe and they end up getting charged. It really left a bad taste about the product even before we started to use it.

Nanit has been so amazing from day 1 for us! We use the app to log diapers, naps, bottles, etc. We love the ease of seeing and hearing our baby from our phone. We also love the built-in nightlight and more. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love our Nanit baby monitor! As new parents, peace of mind is everything, and this monitor delivers that and more. The video quality is incredibly clear both day and night, and I love being able to check in on our baby from anywhere right on my phone.
The breathing monitoring feature is one of my favorite parts—it gives us an extra layer of reassurance while our little one sleeps. The app is very user-friendly, and the sleep insights have actually helped us start to understand our baby’s patterns better.
Setup was quick and easy, and the overall design is sleek and doesn’t take up much space. The notifications are also super helpful without being overwhelming.
Overall, this has been one of our favorite baby purchases. It’s reliable, easy to use, and gives us so much comfort knowing we can always keep an eye on our baby. Highly recommend to any parent!
