Convenient to have peace of mind at the palm of your hands.
BUT many upgrades to the hardware purchase makes it very expensive with many hiccups to the software - we notice many notifications are missed and/or notifications are sent when the baby isn’t even in the crib.

This is a very good product. I just feel the subscription portion of it could be a little bit better. We have two kids and two different monitors. The fact that we have to pay two different subscriptions is kind of ridiculous.

It was horrible i used for like 2 weeks never connected to the wifi. By the time u got the notification that baby was crying she had been crying for like 10 minutes i hated the product it was so over priced. I will do anything in my power to discourage future buyers

When the Nanit is working,

When the Nanit is working, it's great. We have had lots of issues with connectivity. It randomly stopped connecting to our home internet which we have our entire home running successfully on. After much troubleshooting, we ended up purchasing and setting up a separate internet modem for the nanit only and have had success. It seems silly that we can't use our camera on the same modem but unfortunately, after lots of googling it seems like we are far from the only ones who have had this issue and they had to do the same thing. But- once it's up and running its great. We love the app and the features. So, minus the technical issues it's been good for us.

Nanit system has been great

Nanit system has been great for monitoring our child. Its reliable and functions well. Minus points for pay walling certain features and for a low camera resolution for the price point compared to camera industry standards at this point.
