The camera and the app work great, but me had issues with the breathing band, we had 2 false alarms and decided to stop using it.

Product works well as an extra non-phone monitor screen when grandparents or babysitter are watching the baby. The battery dies quickly unless the lighting is turned down which works well for us. Has all the functions of the app and will be perfect for when we have 2 babies.

A bit nervous using this monitor. I saw a review on TikTok about hacking into monitors and this was at the top of the list. As I kept going down the rabbit hole I saw reviews of actual moms saying their camera was hacked and heard voices. This is extremely scary coming from a first time mom who’s so anxious about her first baby. I haven’t plugged this camera in since

I have a list of constructive feedback, nothing to make me stop using the device but enough that I hope they are taken into consideration for future improvements. I’ll say ultimately we like it a lot and it’s nice to finally have a physical monitor that is not my phone.
Constructive feedback:
• loses battery quick and if you use all day for naps/all night for sleep there’s absolutely no way it would hold a charge for even half a day/night so must be within charger limits for most of its use
• almost every morning when using for the first time that day the image quality is glitchy and laggy and the whole monitor needs rebooted
• when you do reboot the brightness is reset to zero which is kinda annoying
• a pull down feature instead of settings would be nice since most touch screen style devices have this functionality. At least for brightness and volume. And if you forget to toggle back to the camera if you’ve pulled down, it will go back to live or whatever screen you were on before that instead of going idle to the time
• touch screen responsiveness could be quicker
• there’s 3 sound settings similar to the phone in app, sound when in app only, background sound, and no sound. This is the same on this device however it doesn’t make sense to me because you’re technically only in app when using this device and I’ve realized no matter the setting unless muted you will always hear it so if you have to mute you have to click through at least twice to get there
• the red (dying battery light) and green (charging light) are almost placed and look like a camera and while I’m sure they aren’t, it’s still kinda weird to me, as a user
•volume button sometimes doesn’t work if you’ve darkened the screen
• I don’t think the “activity” tab is quite necessary. I feel like if you need to check true activity it’s much easier to just do so on your phone especially if you have multiple kids. I think the purpose of a true monitor like this is to be kept more basic while insights are meant for phone. This is more so an opinion I guess.

As a first model version I get it and I’m excited to see where it grows from here.

Love the camera, but the

Love the camera, but the screen is a waste of money. We spend more time trying to get it to function properly than it does actually working. It fails to turn on, often has issues connecting and need to use another device, and even at the lowest backlight setting it is still glaringly bright.
