Don’t buy!

Zero stars if I could. I pre-orderd the home display and after having it a week noticed the battery goes from 100% to dead in less then an hour. When I reached out for support they informed me the expected battery life is THREE hours and to use it with the screen ‘black’ or the screen powered off and just have the audio playing in low to have the battery life extend the full three hours. The purpose of a baby monitor is to WATCH your baby as they sleep…. Absolutely ridiculously

Great Monitor to See Baby From Anywhere

Great monitor to see baby from anywhere. Having the app is great when someone else is home watching baby. However, we find that the connection cuts in and out often. We also didn’t realize you can’t use it in public WiFi, so we had to buy another monitor to use when traveling. We purchased the handheld monitor but it did very quickly. Best to keep it plugged in. Nice to have an option other than the app on your phone.

Love the size! The picture is clear and it’s most helpful when I just want it on while I sleep. Find it super useful when Grandma is watching the baby too, because I can just leave it on for her and everyone feels so much better. Recommend the monitor!

Lots of Kinks to be Worked Out

Love having a physical monitor so that I don't have to pull up the camera on my phone also great for days I leave my son with a sitter- so much easier to give a monitor rather than asking them to download an app. However, the monitor itself doesn't perform great. Constant lagging and at times the screen wont come on even though I push the button over and over. Great concept. Disappointing execution.

Do NOT waste your money on the Home Screen

Do not waste your money on the Home Screen. Ours was not even lasting through two naps for a 6 week old ( so they are short naps ). I contacted support thinking my battery was faulty. Nope. Was informed they get 3-6 hours if screen is on lowest light and audio on. “Nearly” 24 hours if screen is off and just audio on. What? A parent did not approve this device. Defeats the purpose of it since I’m constantly having to find a plug in.
