I really have only used it a handful of times since I got it but I do like it. I wasn't expecting it to be so heavy honestly, but I do understand why. It's very easy to use and setup was just as easy. Even my daughter's like using it. Customer service was great because the first one I received had a small crack in the handle and they sent me a new one right away, however they said the cost to ship the other one back would be too much so now I'm stuck with a second heat press that can't be used, they told me to hang on to it for spare parts.🙃
The one primarily using a heat press in our home has severe neuropathy and opening and closing the previous heat press could cause quite a bit of pain, Thankfully, this one is so easy to open and close that doing projects requiring heat is no longer a pain!

Won’t heat up

I loved my autopress for a couple months and now at the end of finishing my Christmas presents it stopped heating up. Of course it’s Sunday and of course tomorrow is Christmas so I won’t be able to talk with anyone until Tuesday (understandable but still makes me grumpy today). I’ve unplugged it, waited for 2 minutes and turned it back on and it did not heat up. It shows me what it’s programmed to heat up (400) but never goes over 90 - The number it showed when I turned it on. Humbug! I bought it full price early 2023. I’ll recommend the product if it can be fixed or replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry to hear you are having this issue with your Easypress machine. Please contact us at cricut.com/contact so we can assist.
Good with the hydraulic press but you need to have the pillow inserts to help with different projects. Some re-pressing does happen but overall it’s a good simple machine. With the project performed so far it has gotten the job done faster but there have been some adjustments and limitations that also have caused delays or not so good outcomes. Practicing good theologies and learning new techniques but overall it is better than the hand iron that was being used before to get the job done. The hand iron is still needed in some projects to finish up setting the presses but it’s the apple of machines that makes it seem easy to get through projects.
I can only use if for a short time then it get an error and shuts down

I really wish I would have researched this Auto Press a little more. In my experience with Cricut, I thought this would be great. It is not. You cannot regulate pressure, it weights way too much and takes up so much room. For the price, I think Cricut should have done better

Thank you for reviewing the Cricut Autopress. We apologize for the bad experience you have had.The autopress should automatically adjust the pressure for you and result in a perfect press with much less effort! And you can always press on the top of the press if you feel it needs more pressure. Please feel free to reach out to Member Care https://cricut.com/contact if you need more assistance. We'd love to help!
