The heat plate does not heat evenly. It is cooler in parts to infusible ink and sublimation items must be re-pressed, sometimes several times to get the appropriate color. I ended up using the mini-press in the areas that looked "faded", "ghosted", "distressed", which was not the look I wanted.

Works great most of the time. Makes a buzzing noise at times that I need to turn it off a back on a few times. I had to call support once because it wouldn’t turn on. Went through the process without much success then I turned over the auto press and back over and it worked. Please know I went through checking all inputs. Cricut person said it was fine now. I think there is still a glitch
