I get an error code everytime I use my machine. I always have to power off and unplug, at least, twice, before it allows me to use it, but only by the last setting in which I used it. If I try to change the setting on the pad, I get another error code. I am not happy with this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Love how easy it is to operate but I really don't like the fact that it must have been a used machine and I wasn't told upon purchase and I only had 15 days to notify the company that there was an issue and I didn't know that either and I assumed I had at least 30 days so when I opened it they wouldn't do anything about it but it was scratched very badly It is still operational but this very much tarnishes my opinion of cricket and I'm very upset about it but as far as the function of the machine it's fantastic It changes everything and I love it but I'm very upset that I look like I have a machine that's been used for the last 5 years and it's literally brand new out of the box.
