I really like this press! The automatic feature when the time is done is great , as you can do something else while your item is pressing. It is also VERY easy to use, and it requires little to no strength to open and close, and automatically adjusts to whatever project you are working on. I enjoy this item very much.

I absolutely love the autopress. Works like a charm every time. The only thing i dont like is the fact that it startles me every-time it opens and I am in front of it. The noise makes me jump. Lol other than that it is great.

I've heard thru facebook that they are having trouble with the USB. I also did but I called cricut support to tell them my issue. I didn't wait even a minute for someone to answer the phone. They asked me a few questions to make sure I had followed the directions. I furnished them the serial number they needed and showed them the error message I was getting. It was the USB and pod that was in error. I was shipped a new pod immediately. The gal on the phone was kind and patient with me. Thank you cricut for your support.
