I bought it about 2 years ago. I loved it. It straightened and curled my hair perfectly. Then it just stopped heating up! It won’t go beyond the first setting.

Wanted to believe the hype. This is an over priced curling iron that only made my hair smelt burnt. Curls did not stay my hair was completely straight after an hour. My conair holds better curls than this curling iron

Ok. So I thought for sure I would love this. I threw out the box and the return shipping label because I was so certain. It did not hold a curl and made my hair smell burnt. I used it over two weeks ago and can still smell the burnt in my hair. I have curly hair originally and my hair holds curl. But this did not work. I don’t think I can send it back since I got rid of the box and return label. I had higher hopes for this. Super disappointed.
