Great curls but ....

I absolutely love this curling iron but now for the 3rd time in less than a year my spring has weekened and the clamp won’t stay firm on the barrel making it impossible to hold my hair which ends up
sliding through (and I have thick hair) ....please fix this as I’ve bought almost every other curling iron on the market and although had this issue with any other iron T3 gives my hair the best curls....

I have never had more beautiful, soft, and bouncy curls. This curling tool lives up the reviews. I will never use any other brand, I am hooked. I also have the flat iron and WOW. Worth the money :)

Really disappointed

I am really disappointed in this iron. I followed several tutorial videos and this iron does not keep my hair curly at all. I have very fine blonde hair but a lot of it and my hair will lose the curl so easily and It also creases so badly.
I really love the look of the iron but it just does not work for my hair at all.
I am on the left in the photo and you can tell it just looks really bad.

I’ve just purchased the t3 single pass 1 1/4” curling iron and couldn’t wait to unbox it and do a fast tryout for the first time and I’m just not sure why I’ve waited for so long to get it.
After trying every brand of curling irons, wands, and straighteners available for the past 10 years
(GHD, DryBar, BioIonic, Cloud9, Hot Tools, Diva, Ion, Remington, etc.)
I’ve become reluctant to try another new tool that promises defined curls or waves without frizz but doesn’t deliver the results accordingly to what’s written on the box.
My hair is naturally wavy, long, fine (lots of it) and really frizzy. Nothing ever worked on it regardless of tools and numerous hair products including shampoos, serums and creams.
Until today. I wasn't really sure about the barrel size as I’m used to using a 1” so that the curls are more prone to last longer although I’ve always felt they were too tight for my liking.
But only this t3 size was available at my local retailer and I’ve decided to give it a go and I’m so happy that I did. It is just PERFECT!
I am so AMAZED by this beautiful curling iron.
My curls are shiny and my hair is frizz free.
The design is simple yet luxurious and it’s so easy to use. Only on heat setting 2 and my hair looks like I’ve just left the salon with a professional blow dry.

This just didn't work for me . I tried 3 different heat settings to see if it would change anything and it didn't . My curls fell in 10 mins . Will say made my hair shiny and definitely less frizzy then how my other styling tools do . Going to return and try the convertible !
