The apps on this phone keep freezing. I call Nokia and I was told if I need to get a different phone I have to send this phone to them and wait for them to send me a new phone. I was also told that may take up to two weeks.

So far this phone has met most of my expectations for the price. I've dropped it on concrete, asphalt, and water. It's practically indestructible lol. It has some kinks with more than one app playing at the same time. Systems and apps start to slow down and/or shut down. That can be overlooked for now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was searching for a backup phone. and this Nokia has proved to be excellent in comparison to other options. The phone has all of the features that would be typically expected on a smartphone, and it runs much faster than other comparable models I've used. Phone software is easy and smooth to use without any preinstalled promotional apps. Good power cycle time, and good quality camera.
