Bad phone don't waste money on it

Nokia G400 5G is not keeping apps open and whenever I update said apps or anything, it'll work for a while and it'll start to close things left and right for no reason. I uninstalled some apps from games to streaming and even tried different home apps to no avail, cleared cache and data for apps, and it ain't doing anything. I REGRET PAYING MONEY FOR THIS TRASH PHONE

Not reliable and can't handle multiple apps

I purchased this phone as a replacement. I was definitely hesitant because I hadn't seen Nokia phones for a bit and I was assured that the company was making a comeback.
Long story short- If your primary use of the phone is for phone calls and an occasional app use, then this is the phone for you. Everybody else should run! I'm 2 phones in with the same issues so I know it wasn't a random phone I received that was defective. The pictures are often grainy and unfocused, the phone glitches out and shuts ypu out of apps intermittently, and it often requires multiple restarts during the day. This is not a good phone.

Regret my decision to buy

I've had it about a year now and I've been regretting my decision to buy this ever since. It is by far the slowest phone I've ever owned. The camera is ok when it opens. About the only thing I really like about it is the charging time. It definitely charges fast but that's where the perks end. The screen went completely black one day and I couldn't even restart it because I couldn't see anything. I wound up accidentally calling 911 somehow (I'm assuming I accidentally tapped the emergency button because I could see anything). Thankfully someone else had that problem and I found a solution YouTube. Save your money. Don't buy it.

Has it's ups and downs

I got this phone last year in January and the camera quality sucks the emojis are ugly just get a Samsung pretty much everything sucks can't use majority of TikTok filters but the phone last long good battery doesn't lag alot has good storage I like the design

Sadly Disappointed

Looks good on paper, but I didn't realize that Nokia refuses to update this phone, so it has a ton of issues. Very disappointing. I had the Nokia G50 before this, which was a great phone after they updated it to Android 13 to get rid of all of Android 12's infuriating bugs. When the G50 got accidentally smashed, I decided to purchase this one, the Nokia G400 5G. It came out in August of 2022, and the last update was in May of 2023, so they barely supported it for 9 months. It's still stuck on its original Android 12, and it has all the same bugs that I experienced on my old phone. I'm guessing they won't update this one to Android 13 though to fix the issues, which is disappointing for a phone from Nokia that is just over a year old. My G50, an older phone, was still getting monthly updates when it got smashed, and the G400 5G hasn't gotten any since May. Not sure if I can continue to recommend Nokia phones after this, especially since the few decent ones they have they only offer exclusively through carriers.

Worst phone EVER. Infuriatingly waste of money.

I have had this phone for a little over a month and it is quite possibly the worst product I have ever wasted money on. The ONLY decent thing about it is that the battery life is insane. Other than that, trash. I've already had it fully replaced once less than 2 weeks after buying it, hoping that would fix ANY of the issues but no.
1) I have a maximum of 5 minutes on a phone call before it just drops, doesn't matter where I am or how my service is, the call will drop. If, by some miracle, it doesn't drop itself then I have about two more minutes until the person I'm talking to only hears a robotic chant coming through from my end.
2) It has never ONCE loaded video on the camera. Not ONCE, it refuses.
3) It doesn't like pictures either, I've missed so many pictures of my kids and other things simply because it take a minimum of a WHOLE MINUTE for the camera to even pull up, and then sometimes even after it pulls up, it won't take or save the picture.
4) It takes me an insane amount of time to be able to look anything up on the internet as I have to wait for the internet to load and then for the keyboard to catch up and THEN MAYBE it will actually let me look something up.
5) My keyboard just disappears randomly and won't come back for HOURS. It simply will not come up.
6) It restarts itself suddenly and OFTEN. In the middle of phone calls, texts, anything else that I might be doing.
7) Do you like music in your car? TOO BAD. It will play a few songs and then suddenly forget its connected to Bluetooth and stop. Then it crashes my music app and WILL NOT load back up for at least 10 minutes.

This is the WORST phone I have EVER wasted money on and I am simply counting down the days until I am eligible for an upgrade so I can trash it or uncerimoniously light it on fire. I wouldn't give this phone to my worst enemy for FREE. Absolute trash.
