What A hassle getting one that works!

When I first received my Nokia phone, it was totally jacked up, what a mess; wouldn't stay on the page I had it on, would constantly go to the pg I was on a couple of views ago, or would send me back to home screen, plus the camera would only stay on for one picture... oh this is just the beginning! My 2nd phone jumps pages as the 1st one, but that and I can't copy and paste are the only 2 issues this time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nokia has not updated the OS for this phone as of the writing of this review (2023/10/08). Some of the annoying "features" that Google put into the OS have been fixed, or options added since the release of this phone. Case in point, the lock screen clock is stacked, Google came out with an update to the OS adding option to have it stacked or not. Nokia, has yet to release this update, and there is no way for you to download said update that I can find.

Camera does NOT work!

I'm going to have to steer people away from this phone. My camera does not work. In the 1 power and in the 2 powers (the number one and number two most used and important features of any camera phone) THEY DO NOT WORK AND THE APP CLOSES WHEN A PICTURE IS TAKEN! I have used the native "My Device" app on the phone to contact 'support' on three prior occasions to no avail. The first time they advised that I restart it in Safe Mode, then to clear out the cache and install files, and last recommendation was to remove the sim and try it that way. -All to no avail. I'm wondering if the phone was even updated with it's proper software or firmware before it was even shipped out. Everyone out there now hear this, the camera is pretty important on a phone and you might miss it if its not operational. The funny thing is, that it takes video and other parts of this camera still function. Just not the two most important functions. But You can't take pictures of rainbows in 'portrait mode'. As I am writing this review my camera has been in use only two months and two days! I contacted support during the first two weeks with no resolution. This phone is still, actually, brand new and I am awaiting a patch, or download, or update or something Nokia! WE NEED A DOWNLOAD/PATCH!

Love my new phone. I am not all extravagant about phones. As long as it functions well. This camera is really nice and it doesn't run slow. And of course this battery is amazing. Lasted two days without even charging. Nokia has always been the goat when it comes to battery life.

Can I give it no stars. It's so slow. I hate it. I cannot connect it my PC, applications crash all the time. I have had other nokia phones that have been great, but this is so much slower. Many of the times when I go to open an app it asks if I want to continue to wait or stop the app because it takes so long to open the app.

Slow

The battery life is excellent, but it's probably because nothing runs in the background such as Life360 or Fitbit. All apps take forever to load, but the most ironic one is the phone app: by the time the phone app loads and responds, calls have gone to voicemail. I tried to make it work, but after 6 months of whispering "stupid phone" to myself in frustration, I am throwing in the towel.
