I enjoy my coffee daily. The machine is very well designed and thoughtful. It is very intuitive. It is so easy to follow, step by step to make the coffee of your choice daily. Every time it comes out right. it is so enjoyable and fun. All you need to do is to choose the coffee beans that you prefer. It is so much fun and enjoyable to use this machine.

We received the Barista Touch as a housewarming gift and it is amazing. We really love the amazing coffee. The instructions aren't too difficult and we were finding our own settings pretty quickly to make the best cup. The only thing I wish it did was be able to set the grinding time amount separately for each customized drink (user). This doesn't seem to be a mechanical issue, more a software one. Otherwise, it's great.

Easy to use for novice, with enough art for the experienced

Preface: I worked 10 years as a barista and was trained on a fully manual machine. I have had this machine a little over 1 month at time of writing.
When I was looking to upgrade my existing drip coffee maker, I knew I wanted a semiautomatic machine with a built in grinder and steam wand. This fit what I was looking for perfectly! Easy enough for other members of the family to use, but also something that kept the art in espresso making. I found both with this machine. It's easy to use for those with no experience and I feel like I'm back in the shop with the manual aspects of the machine. I see only 2 improvements that could be made: 1. The dosing funnel should NOT fit onto the group head to prevent this issue in the first place. The fact that it can even fit on the head when it's not supposed be put there to is an issue for novice users. 2. The water tank could be a little bigger as I go though it pretty quickly in an average week.

OMG, I had no idea what I was missing until I got this espresso machine! It’s super easy to use and the Americanos are insanely good. I can’t drink a regular cup of coffee anymore and it’s cheaper than buying coffee everyday!

The touch screen interface is so user friendly and easy to understand. I’ve never had a “real” espresso machine before but even I can make pretty darn good lattes now. Also OBSESSED with the damson blue color.

Having transitioned from super automatic espresso maker to the Touch, it definitely takes some time and trial & error to learn how to use this machine. I’m disappointed in that the hot water for the americano is lukewarm at best. I have to heat water separately. Espresso quality is excellent otherwise
