Breville Espresso Touch

I purchased the Breville touch in Damson Blue. The 'blue' is only visible if under direct lighting. Otherwise, it just appears black in color. I would have purchased the stainless steel had I known this.

So inconsistent and frustrating!

I bought this product two years ago. At first, great! No issues. After four months it became so inconsistent... I would have to run the double shot function for almost 40 seconds to even get a little espresso. Tried all the different grind settings, descale programs, cleaning programs, absolutely nothing. Now not only is it barely any espresso but it is luke warm at best. It is truly embarrassing to have guests who ask and inquire for a latte and I have to deny them because of how terrible the espresso comes out. It is so irritating with such an expensive machine! 1k basically thrown in the trash, and this was supposed to be a life time purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The touch screen is intuitive and helpful, especially if you aren’t already a professional barista. Have to play with the ground size to get the perfect drip but once you figure everything out making a cup is a breeze. Cappuccinos come out perfectly, tools are easy to clean up, highly recommend this product

Love this machine so much, but we live in Colorado and due to high altitude here, it spatters when we make Americanos. Such a bummer...and currently there's no fix. Waiting on that update...but again, we LOVE our machine.
