I got this machine about a month ago and I love it! At first it seems like it could be a little intimidating. However, once you get used to it, it’s really easy to make a great espresso, cappuccino, etc. The milk wand works great too. It’s easy to adjust the temperature and froth level to get the creamy micro foam needed for a perfect cappuccino. There are a few steps you need to take after each coffee session for preventative maintenance to be sure the machine stays in great condition, but it only takes a few minutes and it’s worth it considering this machine is an investment. If you’re the type of person that buys coffee every day, this machine will pay for itself before you know it. The machine is a crowd pleaser. Whenever I have company, everyone wants a cappuccino. It’s very easy and to make cappuccinos for four people, for example. The machine makes easy work of it. Also, the blue color of this machine is beautiful. In the right light it almost has a metallic look while maintaining a matte finish. It adds a really nice color to your kitchen without being too “loud”. The pictures I included don’t do it justice. I highly recommend the machine if it’s within your budget.

Although the factory may have tested the machine before it left the facility, it required some patience with getting the machine dialed in after getting it out of the box but it was be well worth it. Watched a few videos, and timed & measured the output. Fantastic.
