Expensive, but perfect from my first latte

I don't have prior experience with making espresso at home, only tasting at different shops or with Nespresso and other super automatic machines at work. The Oracle touch is super simple to use and after dialing in my beans I'm able to make my morning espresso drink faster than making my old filter coffee. An awesome treat for visitors too. I've had it about a month now and I'm a believer in the hype

Extraordinary Machine

This replaced a Barista Touch, which I liked. Nevertheless I decided to upgrade to the Oracle Touch…and wow! Grinding and tamping functions work perfectly. Adjusting the grind size to achieve proper extraction is simple but I’ve noted several times that my setting has changed after turning the machine on. Automatic milk frothing is great. I love that the “work” area is lighted, a nice feature. I also appreciate that the water reservoir can be filled from the top. The overall design is attractive and large…requiring thoughtful placement. After unpacking initial setup was guided and simple. Also appreciated is the ability to set date and time…programming start and end times is a real benefit for me. I’m thrilled with this purchase and look forward to even more experimenting with brews and settings!

Love the espresso drinks this makes. I rarely buy coffee drinks out anymore. We had issues with our first machine after a year but customer service was awesome and a replacement machine was sent to us ASAP….. so happy to have the machine back in the kitchen

I love this machine. Everything about it exceeds all other models. Easy to use, easy to clean, makes a good espresso and the frothing is perfect. That said I have found Breville brand some years ago and have been upgrading to this machine. I started with the basic machine but found that my guest and family members are intimidated by the manual style. The Oracle touch is idiot proof and everyone can create and save their own setting yay! I have found Breville customer service to be fantastic and quick to respond. Customer service is another reason I continue to be a loyal customer. The blue is very dark.
