We were lost and panicky when our steam boiler stopped working and we couldn't wait to get it back from repair. Not only it didn't take long but we received back a brand new machine even though it was past the warranty period by a lot. This is when you know you are dealing with a great company. Thank you, Breville. My son in Oregon bought one already.

Professional level coffee, machine breaks too often

The machine produces a very good, professional level coffee, however the machine breaks too often, the steam wand is noisy even when idle due to lack of sufficient or weak gaskets. Buy and enjoy if you are ok replacing the machine every couple of years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine with incredible customer service

I bought my second Dual Boiler after 14 very happy years with my first machine. The second machine started developing some problems that needed repair. Breville customer service was excellent. One phone call began the repair process. Breville sent a shipping container to me and all the process was covered by warranty. My machine returned well and worked fine for about two months and again had some problems. Breville immediately replaced my machine with a brand new machine. I have not had any problems with the new Double Boiler and am looking forward to many years of outstanding lattes. The Breville company is a shining example of what a service company should be. Not only do they offer outstanding equipment, they 100% stand behind their products and their warranty, no ifs, ands or buts!

Phenomenal temperature control, adequate steam power, extremely customizable, albeit less intuitive than the Barista Pro. Not all menu functions are accessed by the “menu” button. Love the front water fill! Pump is louder than you may expect, and while it does run 15 bar pump, the OPV is at 9 bar.
You will NOT find dual PID, Dual Boiler with the customization at all… anywhere… for this price.

I purchased this machine about a month ago but have been a Breville espresso machine owner for over a decade. It was tie for an upgrade and this machine is definitely that! The body is larger, the capacity is greater and the dual boiler is a time saver as it allows me to steam as I pull my shots. I highly recommend this machine.
