I love my dual boiler! I've worn out two of them and this is my third (after about 10,000 shots they don't seem to be worth rebuilding anymore). These units are workhorses in the home. I use mine 365/yr.

Reviews said it was easy to operate and that's what it's proven to me. The hardest part wasn't with the Breville machine but trying to figure out what grind to use! I've been making daily Americano's (3 shots is perfect for my 20oz Yeti in the am) since. Today is Sunday and I've had two double shots... Maybe that's why I'm doing more things than normal. Working like a charm. Have only had it since May -thus 2 months, but no problems yet.
