[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Lattissima Pro, and although I did love my previous machine, I am loving the Creatista Pro. It’s beautifully designed and crafts delicious milk recipes. I love that I have the option to control the temperature.

I love the machine but but I just bought it and the tank just broke while remaining in my hand .... I'm disappointed and given the price ... I hope it will be replaced! And on the site, I can't find the after-sales service....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine did not hold up.

I bought the Creatista Pro in January 2021, by September 2022 the cup shelf broke. By February 2023 the pod reservoir broke. Both of this parts are designed to push in and then pop out however if you push them in they do not pop out. I gave it two stars because it does make great coffee.

Hands down the best machine for original pods. As it has an instant boiler it’s perfect if you want to make tea or hot coco. I have kids who can comfortably use the machine when needed.
Also, it has the ability to make custom drinks to fit your cups, creams, and overall want.
I would recommend this to a friend!
