Happy with our purchase 1 1/2 years later

I purchased my machine a year and half ago and love the ease of use. I actually got online to purchase another one for my adult daughter who has also grown to love with the machine as a gift. I was reading the reviews while trying to figure out which model I bought in order to find the same for her and saw the negative reviews about the descaling process. Just wanted to add a note that you can test your water with a PH strip to see how hard your water actually is and change the frequency of how much you are asked to descale from the factory setting to the one actually needed on your machine accordingly. We did this with ours and have had no issues. I think the process of doing so just took a few minutes and the manual explained how to change the descale reminder setting well.

Must for coffee lovers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso Creatista Pro is a must for coffee lovers. It looks very stylish. Touch pad for selecting coffee brewing type, selecting temperature , frother for milk is awesome. I can customize my coffee and save the customization for next time which is very helpful. It also has a hot water feature which helps in adding more water to my americano coffee. Milk frothing begins immediately after coffee brewing so coffee doesn't get cold. The used coffee capsules holder is easy to see. The cleaning of the frothing wand as well as the base is very easy. The variety of nespresso coffee pods is absolutely amazing, I already ordered more nespresso capsulesfrom nespresso. Being working from home it absolutely must have to get the best coffee at home.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

This has been a workhorse, getting used twice a day for 18 months. Have only had to clean it a few times and descale it once. Makes perfect lattes. I love having a huge variety of coffees to choose from.

By far the best coffee .. Been enjoying Nespresso for over 10 years.
This machine is the best, I use it daily but I have a small verturo pod machine,cuz I love the coffee.

I bought this machine two months ago, and honestly, it’s been a big pain. I have to descale it constantly. this machine thinks I have nothing better to do with my life. sometimes I descale it once, follow all the instructions, and it STILL tells me to descale it again. What more do you want from me?? im a caffeine-dependent adult and cannot start my day until i’ve had atleast 4 cups.
yes, it makes excellent coffee but its not worth the hassle. Descaling takes about 15 minutes. which to a coffee-deprived mom feels like a century. Every morning I wake up with dreams of sipping a warm cup of coffee with my, sweet French vanilla creamer. But instead of that vision, I walk over to my very expensive machine and i see the “descale” message like it’s some kind of betrayal.
I am a busy woman. I have things to do, places to be, and people to ignore until I’ve had my caffeine. If I don’t get my coffee, I get in a very bad mood and want to fight everyone (just kidding… mostly). Coffee is life. Without it, I don’t feel like a functioning human being.
Like I said earlier, the coffee is great, but to me, it’s not worth the hassle. Next time I have to descale it, I am going to throw it in the trash because that’s exactly what this machine is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee - easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased. Seemed a little overpowering at first with all the options, but using it is very easy and makes spectacular coffee. Got it just before family gathered at our house for a reunion. 10 people making multiple cups each day and everything went extremely smoothly. Highly recommended!

I don't think I get enough of the crema from the pods. I thought maybe it was the selection i was buying, But buy now, I have purchased mostly all flavors and seems that it's an overall extraction of the machine. I aslo agree with everyone else who mentions the descaling issue. It's a process that happens more often than it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Latte love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with the Creatista Pro! Now I can have lattes anytime I want and how I want it. The step by step instructions make it easy to make the perfect cup!
I really like the digital display. There are so many different options but it’s not overwhelming or difficult to use.
The espresso is a nice hot temperature and the milk also is able to retain enough heat for a hot cappuccino. My last espresso machine would often end with warm coffee. I like it to start hot. The wand definitely strand the milk well and the froth can be adjusted to my liking.
Most important factor is the taste is good. The creatista pro also came with a start set of a variety of pods. I’m still trying to pick my favorite. I do appreciate that the espresso doesn’t taste too bitter or burnt. It is smooth and full of flavor.
The only con is that it does not come with the water testing strips as recommended in the set up or the glass espresso cup. A significant amount of the machine is plastic. The wand and spout are metal but the tray and large amounts of the machine are plastic.
Overall, it’s a beautiful espresso machine and I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend!
