I purchased my machine a year and half ago and love the ease of use. I actually got online to purchase another one for my adult daughter who has also grown to love with the machine as a gift. I was reading the reviews while trying to figure out which model I bought in order to find the same for her and saw the negative reviews about the descaling process. Just wanted to add a note that you can test your water with a PH strip to see how hard your water actually is and change the frequency of how much you are asked to descale from the factory setting to the one actually needed on your machine accordingly. We did this with ours and have had no issues. I think the process of doing so just took a few minutes and the manual explained how to change the descale reminder setting well.

Must for coffee lovers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso Creatista Pro is a must for coffee lovers. It looks very stylish. Touch pad for selecting coffee brewing type, selecting temperature , frother for milk is awesome. I can customize my coffee and save the customization for next time which is very helpful. It also has a hot water feature which helps in adding more water to my americano coffee. Milk frothing begins immediately after coffee brewing so coffee doesn't get cold. The used coffee capsules holder is easy to see. The cleaning of the frothing wand as well as the base is very easy. The variety of nespresso coffee pods is absolutely amazing, I already ordered more nespresso capsulesfrom nespresso. Being working from home it absolutely must have to get the best coffee at home.
Pros: Convenient, Wide assortment of capsules to choose from, Easy to Use, Has Delicious Crema, Makes Delicious Espressos, High Quality Machine, Does not take up too much room on my countertop, Comes with a milk frother, Makes Delicious Espresso Drinks (Cappuccino, Latte etc.), Wide variety of capsule brands to choose from, Appealing Design

This has been a workhorse, getting used twice a day for 18 months. Have only had to clean it a few times and descale it once. Makes perfect lattes. I love having a huge variety of coffees to choose from.

By far the best coffee .. Been enjoying Nespresso for over 10 years. This machine is the best, I use it daily but I have a small verturo pod machine,cuz I love the coffee.

Great coffee - easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased. Seemed a little overpowering at first with all the options, but using it is very easy and makes spectacular coffee. Got it just before family gathered at our house for a reunion. 10 people making multiple cups each day and everything went extremely smoothly. Highly recommended!

I don't think I get enough of the crema from the pods. I thought maybe it was the selection i was buying, But buy now, I have purchased mostly all flavors and seems that it's an overall extraction of the machine. I aslo agree with everyone else who mentions the descaling issue. It's a process that happens more often than it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 machines in 2 years and they both broke

Makes great coffee but there is too much tech that will go wrong. My first machine lasted 6 months before a computer glitch (the "put steam wand down" message error couldn't be cleared), they replaced the machine under warranty. My new machine has lasted a little bit longer, just over a year, but not it constantly needs to be descaled - the message comes up during every use, including in the middle of making my morning coffee (the descaling process takes upwards of 15 minutes and the error message CANNOT BE CLEARED unless you descale). Beautiful machine but I hate that the descaling cannot be overwritten.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad machine x2

Got my first creatista pro for Christmas. When I attempted to use the milk frother feature the machine would turn off and couldn’t be turned back on for approx 30mins. Nespresso sent me a replacement in feb. Now the new machine has been used aprox 20 times since feb and has started doing the same thing. Brews coffee then starts to steam milk for a few seconds and shuts down completely
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
