By far the best coffee .. Been enjoying Nespresso for over 10 years.
This machine is the best, I use it daily but I have a small verturo pod machine,cuz I love the coffee.

Happy with our purchase 1 1/2 years later

I purchased my machine a year and half ago and love the ease of use. I actually got online to purchase another one for my adult daughter who has also grown to love with the machine as a gift. I was reading the reviews while trying to figure out which model I bought in order to find the same for her and saw the negative reviews about the descaling process. Just wanted to add a note that you can test your water with a PH strip to see how hard your water actually is and change the frequency of how much you are asked to descale from the factory setting to the one actually needed on your machine accordingly. We did this with ours and have had no issues. I think the process of doing so just took a few minutes and the manual explained how to change the descale reminder setting well.

This has been a workhorse, getting used twice a day for 18 months. Have only had to clean it a few times and descale it once. Makes perfect lattes. I love having a huge variety of coffees to choose from.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful machine. Defective product

I had two of these machines over a five month period. Both needed descaling - a long, laborious project - every several days after the second month. I’m done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Waste of money!

I regret buying this machine so much. I have not even had it a year, use filtered water in it and only make one cup per day yet it wants me to descale it often (probably because Nespresso wants to keep selling descaling kits). Same with the steaming wand, and cleaning makes such a mess. I’ve had to descale it three times already.
I miss my old simple nespresso machine which I had for many years and a separate milk frother. Sometimes simple is just better. Unfortunately I wasted my money on this overpriced machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect machine after many years

I bought this machine a number of years ago when I first started working very early mornings 5 a.m. and could no longer go down to my local cafe which made delicious lattes. It has been a great investment. It makes perfect coffee every day with so much ease. When my friends come to visit, they love it. I make my neighbor coffee when she is having a long week and leave it as a gift. So easy to use and I enjoy the special flavors at the holidays and other times of year (ice coffee in the summer!) I have been very careful to always follow the machine maintenance and have never had a single issue. I do put the catch tray in the dishwasher so it is starting to lose some of its covering but other than this, it is truly the perfect machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great coffee - easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased. Seemed a little overpowering at first with all the options, but using it is very easy and makes spectacular coffee. Got it just before family gathered at our house for a reunion. 10 people making multiple cups each day and everything went extremely smoothly. Highly recommended!

High quility espresso

I really like this espresso machine. It serves single cup hot espressos without the mess of having to tamp and press ground coffee. The pods themselves are quite pricey, however they are worth it for the bold flavor. I like how the pods fall into the storage bin after every use. It’s a great machine for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to make top notch espressos. The sleek thin design allows for it to be easily stored or to be displayed in your kitchen counters without taking up a lot of space. I would overall most definitely recommend.
