Stunning Look and Functions

I have had my OL Mini Nespresso machine for 4 years. Moved that to my work and got the Vertuo. We love that machine too! We love the quality of Nespresso so we had to get the best which is this one! The Creatista Pro is worth it for your place. It looks very sharp, easy to use and has a beautiful color touch screen. The quality of the beverages is great and the fact that the steam wand cleans itself each time you use it, makes this the ideal choice if you don't want to spend forever taking apart pieces and cleaning them like with some other machines. Just got this machine this week and I couldn't be happier!! The Nespresso capsule storage container that is sold that is glass and has the stainless steal lid matches and compliments this machine perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my machine never had a issue with it this is the best machine I ever purchased and I have bought lots of different coffee machines before and I’ll never go back to any other machine or coffee again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is amazing and life changing. were were so happy to upgrade from our basic machine. My husband loves making caramel macchiatos and i love my traditional flat whites and lattes. Buy this coffee maker. You will no regret it.

Bad machine x2

Got my first creatista pro for Christmas. When I attempted to use the milk frother feature the machine would turn off and couldn’t be turned back on for approx 30mins. Nespresso sent me a replacement in feb. Now the new machine has been used aprox 20 times since feb and has started doing the same thing. Brews coffee then starts to steam milk for a few seconds and shuts down completely
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Price doesn't match quality.

I have owned this machine for just over a year, and despite using the Nespresso-branded descaling solution exactly as instructed, I have experienced ongoing issues. After brewing only two cups, the machine repeatedly displays a descaling warning. I have tested my water using hardness strips and adjusted the settings accordingly, yet the problem persists. For a machine at this price point, the quality and reliability are extremely disappointing. Frankly, my K-cup machine was far more dependable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Regret Buying the Creatista.

I've had this for 3-4 years now. It by far is the worst machine from Nespresso we've owned. It requires descaling frequently, and it won't let you make coffee unless you do it. We had to send the machine back to Nespresso a year or so ago because it leaked underneath. The descaling process creates a huge mess. This is a terrible product. Get a Citiz or simple machine. They last forever and are no fuss. With this machine, you pay more and get more frustration. I just threw it in the garbage can. The whole machine. Hope that helps.

Wow! Life changing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not very familiar with the Nespresso brand before I received this machine. I just had no clue what I had been missing! This machine makes it so very easy to now make my favorite cappuccino or lattes at home. I have been beyond impressed with this machine. My teenage girls are in love also. They now are making coffee several times a day for themselves! It’s so easy to use. We each can adjust our own brewing setting or milk froth to our taste. The Nespresso pods have a great robust flavor. I’ve purchased several different types of syrups and we are making coffee shop taste drinks in our own home for half the price! I also find myself brewing several black espressos during the day. Haha! Even the taste of the plain black is just delicious!
The self cleaning steam wand is also a plus to this machine. I just can’t think of one bad con to tell you about this machine. I highly recommend this espresso machine. It has been a complete game changer to this family and our love for coffee!
