This espresso machine makes me feel like a pro! It’s so easy to use and in the 2 years I’ve owned it, I have become more creative in my coffee drink. This machine has taken my coffee experience to the next level! It’s easy to clean and looks nice on my counter. I’m saving money every day by not purchasing coffee from a shop.

I've had my machine for over 3 years. I descale it monthly, and it has worked great. We use about 6-8 pods a day. I take on vacation when we go for 2 weeks. We have 5 adults, and we use at least 15-20 pods a day. No problems. My machine is starting to show signs of being on the backside of its life, but I'm planning on buying another soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I want to love this machine, but I kind of don't

I want to love this machine, but I kind of don't. For the price, I'd expect more, especially compared to older machines. The stainless finish looks really nice in theory, but it is hard to keep clean and looking shiny. Any little water droplet dries visibly on the surface and makes it look dirty. I've only had the machine 3 months and have already had to descale it twice. I brew 1-2 capsules most days, which doesn't seem like an extreme amount to warrant so much descaling. I did the water test and set the machine appropriately (at 2 of the 4 bars, so right in the middle) - I have city water and filter it through a Brita pitcher before putting it in the machine. It does not let you bypass the descaling warning, so you cannot use the machine until you go through the descaling process (which takes a lot of water and like 15 minutes). Not a great way to start my morning if I'm in a rush to get to work. I had the Latissima Pro for over a decade before it finally quit on me. That allowed me to bypass the descaling warning and let met continue to brew my coffee and come back to descale when I had time. I wish this one would let you do that. I drink a lot of Americanos and tea, so I was really excited about the hot water feature of this machine. Unless you're doing fancy coffee drinks with frothed milk regularly, I don't think this machine is worth it. I'd probably be better off getting a more basic machine and an electric kettle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice easy to use touch display. Sleek metal finish. Built very well to with stand daily use. Easy to clean. User friendly. The heating unit works very well in preparing a great brew!
