Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands-down the best espresso machine I’ve ever used/owned. I’m so amazed with all it can do and how simple it is to use. I’ve made espresso shots, cappuccinos, flat whites, coffee Americano and several other concoctions. The coffee comes out so smooth that no sugar or cream is needed. Before receiving the Creatista Pro, I used to only drink one cup of coffee a day. I now drink 2 to 3 cups. Yes, it’s that good. The taste is so delicious that it’s hard to pass up another cup. My clients also love it. I get nothing, but great compliments about it. Everyone loves the smooth creamy taste that the machine creates.
Some of my favorite features Include: The self cleaning steam wand; Frothier cup included, favorites settings with name settings; touchscreen; pod container and how easy it is to use. The only cons I can think of, but not really a big deal, is the self cleaning Frothier. It tends to splashes when it’s using the self cleaning feature.
I highly recommend following all setup instructions prior to using your Creatista Pro. There’s some important steps that you need to follow in to get the best tasting coffee. One of them is testing your water.
I hope this review help somebody that’s wondering if they should purchase it. Believe me when I tell you you will not be disappointed. It is worth every penny.

Small in Size but Big in Flavor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Creatista Pro from Nespresso is pretty epic. The options it gives you in one little machine is awesome. For starters the size is great and fits perfectly on my counter under my cabinets. It's easy to setup and use daily. The LED screen is great and so simple to use. The nine different types of coffee is great but the frothing and different textures bring it to a whole new level. The only two things that bug me is that when the coffee splash in the cup when being made, I constantly am wiping the front of the machine down. Also, the water tank is in the back and I have to pull the whole machine out, turn it sideways, refill it and then pus it back under the cabinet.

This machine starts up within seconds, has a professional built in frother and allows for programming. Using the basics is simple, but if you use the programming functions you can save your favorite settings. Worth every penny spent.

Perfect machine after many years

I bought this machine a number of years ago when I first started working very early mornings 5 a.m. and could no longer go down to my local cafe which made delicious lattes. It has been a great investment. It makes perfect coffee every day with so much ease. When my friends come to visit, they love it. I make my neighbor coffee when she is having a long week and leave it as a gift. So easy to use and I enjoy the special flavors at the holidays and other times of year (ice coffee in the summer!) I have been very careful to always follow the machine maintenance and have never had a single issue. I do put the catch tray in the dishwasher so it is starting to lose some of its covering but other than this, it is truly the perfect machine.

So easy!! Worth the $$

Just bought this machine and upgraded from the Breville Bambino and the grinder. Saves so much counter space, time, and frustration. I’m not worrying about having to dial in beans and only using that one bean, I’m able to use any pod to get all different flavors so easily. Not to mention, the easiest and simplest set up process of any espresso machine I’ve owned. As someone who was a barista for so long, it just makes life easy and makes such a good cup of coffee. 10/10 recommend.

2 machines in 2 years and they both broke

Makes great coffee but there is too much tech that will go wrong. My first machine lasted 6 months before a computer glitch (the "put steam wand down" message error couldn't be cleared), they replaced the machine under warranty. My new machine has lasted a little bit longer, just over a year, but not it constantly needs to be descaled - the message comes up during every use, including in the middle of making my morning coffee (the descaling process takes upwards of 15 minutes and the error message CANNOT BE CLEARED unless you descale). Beautiful machine but I hate that the descaling cannot be overwritten.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great touch screen feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cool coffee machine! We love our coffee gadgets and this one is no exception. The thing that sets this apart from our other machine is the touch screen which I really like. It makes the whole process interactive and straightforward from start to finish. I also like that both coffee and milk preparation happen on the same unit so you don’t have to deal with multiple machines. The milk frother was easy to clean especially with the self clean function to flush out residual milk from the frother. The level of customization is also unique. You can make adjustments to the drink that I was not able to do on other machines. The other thing I like is that it doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. It’s compact, narrow and the water tank is hidden in the back which I like. Overall great coffee machine but the highlight is definitely the touch screen. It makes the process easy to follow especially if you’re new to these types of machines. I’ve had prior espresso machines that were really difficult to use and not intuitive so the Creatista stands out in that aspect where it is very user friendly.
